Privacy Policy — Personal CRM

Personal CRM is a single-user application built and operated by one individual for their own use. It has no other users, no sign-up, and no public service. This page exists because Google requires a privacy policy URL for applications that request access to Google account data.

What the application accesses

With your explicit consent through Google's standard OAuth screen, the application requests read-only access to:

• gmail.readonly — message metadata and content, used to record who was corresponded with and when
• calendar.readonly and calendar.calendarlist.readonly — events and attendees, used to record meetings

The application never requests write access. It cannot send, modify, or delete email or calendar events.

How the data is used

Data is used for one purpose: assembling a private contact history — who the operator has spoken to, when, and through which channel — so that relationships are not forgotten. It is not used for anything else.

Where the data goes

• Stored in a private PostgreSQL database controlled by the operator, reachable only by the operator.
• Not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party.
• Not used for advertising, profiling, or training machine learning models.
• No analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind.
• Accessed by no person other than the operator.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained until the operator deletes it. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently stops all further access.
